As a parting gift and thank you from Football Coaches Australia Outgoing President Phill Moss, and CEO, Glenn Warry, to all clubs and coaches for their continued support of Football Coaches Australia, clubs are invited to sign up to receive two gift vouchers for two coaches (one male and one female) who have demonstrated a passion for continued learning, growth and development. 

Gift vouchers provide each coach with access to FCA XV Foundations of Essential Skills, a selection of 20 subjects on EQ, Resilience, Leadership, Culture and Communication. Until 15th September 2023, any coach who signs up to the "Winning Minds Coach and Team Package" gets access to FCA XV Essential Skills Modules EQ, Leadership, Culture and Communication. In following the model that the EQ and Mind Coach of Australia's most successful World Cup team applied, with this unique Essential Skills Package, 16 players from the same team, get access to Foundations of FCA XV Essential Skills, comprising 20 subjects across EQ, Leadership, Communication and Culture. The full package is valued at $2980, but until 15th September 2023, coaches pay only $140. There are also 30 CPD points credited for those coaches who need these for license re-validation.

*Terms and Conditions: 

The four modules included in the Winning Minds Team Package for coaches includes EQ, Leadership, Culture and Communication. Each has 20 subjects and accompanying multi choice quizzes. A maximum of 16 players from the coach's team, will get access to the module Foundations of Essential Skills, consisting of a selection of 20 subjects across all modules. Access is provided for 12 months.
